Your second question: I am using 2 books by Stephen Few as guideline for my design: &quot;Now You See It: Simple Visualization Techniques for Quantitative Analysis&quot; and &quot;Information Dashboard Design: The Effective Visual Communication of Data&quot; which also contains the 13 common pitfalls. I didn&#039;t know about the PDF your referring to, so thanks for that! It&#039;s a nice quick reference that way...</description>
